In therapy we want to understand what happened and why. In coaching we want to learn how to.
Therapy wants to resolve and heal symptoms and to become normal again. Coaching is about discovering and uncovering your strengths and to maximize your goals and possibilities.
Therapy is to heal and remove pain and suffering while coaching is about achieving goals.
